I didn’t feel well yesterday, so my food wasn’t exactly “healthy”.  I didn’t gain anything despite the Atkins bar, so actually, I’m happy.

Breakfast:

  • 1 1/2 serving Hormel Black Label fully-cooked bacon
  • 3 eggs fried in butter

Snack:

  • Dark Chocolate Almond Coconut Crunch Atkins bar

Lunch:

  • 3 grilled chicken thighs

Snack:

  • fresh blueberries

Supper:

  • 4 grilled chicken thighs

Snack:

  • 1 T peanut butter
