Yesterday’s Menu (09/19/11)

If you’ve been following my menus for any length of time, you’ll know that very rarely are they “ideal”.  I have so much that I need to work on, but I’m being honest.  And in the interest of even more honesty, I’m just thrilled that I’ve gotten the grain, processed “low-carb” foods, and the sugar out of my diet altogether.  That was the first and biggest hurdle.

Breakfast:

  • 12 raspberries and 2 strawberries
  • coffee with half & half and stevia

Lunch:

  • 6 oz beef smoked sausage
  • 28 raspberries

Dinner:

  • grilled chuck steak

According to FitDay:

  • Calories: 1644
  • Fat: 108.5g (59%)
  • Carbs: 20.7g (5%)
  • Fiber: 5.7g
  • Protein: 138.4g (36%)
