Yesterday’s Menu (09/22/11)

I want to apologize for not keeping up over the last couple days.  The week has been tough, but I’m still plugging on.

Breakfast:

  • whey protein shake with half & half

Lunch:

  • steamed broccoli with cream cheese and cheddar
  • almonds, pecan halves, and cashews

Dinner:

  • skillet meal with ground beef, cumin, dried herbs, sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, dehydrated onion, and broccoli with sour cream

According to FitDay:

  • Calories: 1782
  • Fat: 116.6g (57%)
  • Carbs: 43.2g (9%)
  • Fiber: 20.7g
  • Protein: 150.8g (34%)
